Cloudbreak WA were selected by the owner/operator of the Oarhouse Café to complete the fitout of the café within the existing ANA Rowing sheds. The café is located within the AP Hinds Reserve directly on the Swan River in Bayswater, and requires a series of additional construction requirements to ensure compliance with the authority conditions. The fitout includes the creation of all commercial servicing requirements inclusive of full commercial kitchen facilities and full creation of the cafe.
