Cloudbreak WA is undertaking a full design & construct package with the owners including a demolition of the rear of the existing house and construction of a new addition including 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living/dining, bathroom, laundry, alfresco and rear workshop.

Existing portion of the house which is 1935 heritage, will be have the entry & bedrooms remodeling whilst maintaining the finishes to match the heritage design.
