Cloudbreak WA were commissioned on behalf of the developer to undertake an investigation it the status of the construction programme for the Shenton Quarter project in Shenton Park. Cloudbreak WA were subsequently commissioned to undertake bi-monthly site inspections and monthly independent programming reviews.
