Construction of new carpark for the Blue Gum Montessori School including demolition, stormwater, road preparation & laying, and also creation of 24 carbays, roadways, drop off zone, bin store & crossovers. Cloudbreak WA were awarded the project through direct negotiation with the school management & board.
