The Cloudbreak WA team has delivered over 3000 dwellings within Perth, Sydney and various regional centres, inclusive of high & medium density apartments, hotel/short stay accommodation, townhouses, aged care, retail, hospitality, commercial, attached & detached single/double storey dwellings.

Key Personnel

Darryn StoneDirector

Darryn Stone is the founder of Cloudbreak WA and has over 25 years local and international experience within the construction and property sectors predominately within residential & commercial built form. Whilst commencing his tertiary studies and early career as a professional Quantity Surveyor & Builder, Darryn subsequently expanded his experience into Project Management, Development Management, Superintendent and Construction Director roles for both private and publicly listed property companies.

Darryn has delivered some 2500 residential dwellings & commercial/mixed use lots within Perth and Western Australian regional centres inclusive of high & medium density apartments, hotel/short stay accommodation, aged care, townhouses, retail, attached & detached single/double storey dwellings.

Kevin McIntoshProject Manager

Kevin is a highly motivated and experienced construction professional who has successfully delivered projects within the education, medical, residential and sectors over his 30 years in the construction industry.

His client focused and trusted approach with industry stakeholders, has constantly delivered projects that have consistently exceeded the client’s expectations. With a positive and hands-on “can do” approach has led to resolving many challenging projects.

His reputation, and passion is what drive’s Kevin to leave a legacy of quality-built projects for his clients to enjoy for many years.

Kevin is a registered builder within Western Australia and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Building.

Darryn has subsequently been granted a Fellowship of the Australian Institute of Building for his dedication and integrity to the WA construction industry.
